Glamorous heroine Taapsi made her debut in Telugu films with "Jhummandi Naadam" produced by Laxmiprasanna on Sri Laxmi Prasanna Pictures banner with Manchu Manoj Kumar as hero in K Raghavendra Rao's direction. Immediately after that, she accepted a movie "Vasthadu Naraju ee Roju" under 24 Frames banner with hero Vishnuvardhan, who is also its producer, in Hemanth Madhukar's direction. She is also acting in two Tamil films at present. However, to cope up with the competition going among present genre heroines, Taapsi expressed her willingness to act in lip-lock scenes and to sport bikinies on screen. She's too smart, isn't it!!!
