Nagavalli to be postponed?

Venkatesh's Nagavalli is scheduled for release this weekend (December 16th). But its release date has become
uncertain as the movie's producer gave a letter to Producer's Council that he is willing to postpone the movie if the strike continues further in support of the Council.

With the Telugu Film Producers` Council and AP Film Industry Employees Federation at loggerheads, shootings of the entire film industry closed and even the post production units have also been shut down. Several big producers have received the support from film industry's other bodies in this on-going strike that began after a local fighter bashed up a fighter from Chennai on the sets of Kandireega. 

So producer Bellamkonda Suresh, who is also producing Kandireega andNagavalli, came forward to support the Council's decision in this regard. In a written letter, he said that he would not mind postponing his ready-to-be-released Nagavalli. 

But the final decision will be taken tomorrow.

On the other hand, Director's Association which also belongs to the body of Employees Federation is supporting the Council in this matter.
