of the film in Film Nagar Cultural Centre on the eve of hero Srikanth’s birthday. Apart from the cast and crew of the film director Krishnavamsi attended the event as a chief guest.
Virodhi is being made with a backdrop of Naxalism and most part of the film was shot in forests near Gangavathi in Karnataka and Vikarabad. Srikanth is playing the role of a journalist in the film and Kamal Kamaraju and Kamalinee Mukherjee will be seen in other important roles. Srikanth’s brother Anil Meka has produced the film on Meka Entertainments banner and R.P.Patnaik is scoring the music.
