Sivaji, Aditi Agarwal starrer Lokame Kothaga has reached the big screens, this Friday. Both Sivaji and Aditi are desperate to score a hit from long while. Lokame Kothaga has released with quite low expectations and let’s see if it can make positive buzz through the review. Take a look on Movie review.

Story:

Aditi is a Hyderabadi and a joins a new college. Sooner, she becomes the friend of Jyoti, who hails from Amalapuram. Though, they were from different backgrounds, the duo turn out to be close pals with their seniors Sheetal and Prema. Prema manages to have strong relationship with her boy friend though she has a strict father. Jyothi, on the other hand, moves on with her love facing some twists and twirls, while Sheetal also has another story with her. Aditi, who falls in love with the music director Rahul (Sivaji) will get affected with her pal’s stories. How will she face the problems and finally solves it is the rest of the story.

Performances:

Once after the first half gets over the audience will surely pose a question to self whether there is a hero in the film. Though Sivaji is the hero, he was only seen in parts during the first half. His role only starts in the second-half and that too, Sivaji has given his mediocre performance.

Aditi Aggarwal made a come back after long time though her character is performance oriented one, she is unable to prove her mettle and failed to give her best.

Suman as a lecturer gave a decent performance and handled his role well. The rest of the characters were not appropriate for the roles designed by the script writer. Finally all the mess up in characters made the film pathetic.

Technical Aspects:

Director Bharath has taken the distinct concept of young teenage girls and how are they facing the problems. While the storyline is good, the execution part is very weak. The screenplay is awful, the editing is pathetic and cinematography is low-rated. Lokame Kothaga shows the director’s incapability in handling the script. And the music is much painful than the story. Though there are many songs, not even a single track grabs your attention.

Analysis

Though Lokame Kothaga has a good storyline, the director greatly failed in its execution and narration. The entire first half resists to the introduction and establishing of characters while the pace of the film only picks in the second half. Except the storyline, everything else remains minus for the film.

Final Verdict:

Watch it at your own risk!!!
