Manoj’s Oo Kodathara Ulikki Padathara announced!

Manchu Manoj’s dream project Oo Kodathara Ulikkipadathara has been officially announced in a press meet today [6th June] in Prasad Labs. The multi-starrer has Bala Krishna in an interesting role. Deeksha Seth has been zeroed in as the leading lady in the film.

Sekhar Raja is directing the film and Manchu Lakshmi is producing it on Manchu’s Entertainment Production banner. Oo Kodathara Ulikki Padathara is the production Number 1 for the banner. Bobo Shashi will compose the music and Salim - Sulaiman will score the background music. Cinematography is by Rajasekhar and dialogues are by Bhupal of Ala Modalaindi fame.

Manoj and Lakshmi Prasanna expressed their happiness for Bala Krishna accepting the film.

Speaking to media Lakshmi Prasanna said, “The legendary actor Late NTR has started our Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures in 1982. Now the new banner Manchu Entertainment is being started with Bala Krishna as one of the heroes in our Production: 1. UKUP is Manoj’s dream project and we have been planning to take it to sets from past 3years. Manoj always experiments new films and UKUP also offer variety and commercial fulfillment.”

Bala Krishna said, “I am close to Manchu family. Though I had a mass hero image, I always liked to do variety and good roles. U.. Kodathara Ulikki Padathara offer both. Director Sekhar Raja has come up with a good story and the film will be narrated in a new style.”
