Venkay, Trisha Ganga

It is known that Venkatesh and Trisha are playing the lead roles in the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit film Bodyguard.
The Telugu version has been titled as Ganga and 70% of the film’s shoot has already been wrapped up. The movie also casts Saloni in a vital role.


Ganga is being directed by Gopichand Malineni of Don Seenu fame and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under the banner Sri Sai Ganesh Productions (P) Ltd. Thaman is composing the music and Shyam K Naidu is handling the cinematography.


Ganga is all about an intelligent and courageous young man who grows up watching heroic acts and finally becomes a Bodyguard to a Don’s daughter [Trisha]. Heroine, though initially dislikes him later falls in love with her Bodyguard.
