The film is touted to be a youthful love entertainer, which is being made as a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil versions. While Ram is playing the lead in the Telugu version, Jeeva will do the same for the Tamil version titled as Neethane En Ponvasantham.
Samantha is the heroine for both the versions. Apart from wielding the megaphone, Gautham Menon himself is producing the film on his banner Photon Kathaas and the Telugu version is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. AR Rahman is composing the music.
