Gopichand Malineni is directing the film, which is the remake of Malayalam super hit film Bodyguard. The film was also remade in Tamil with Vijay, Asin and Hindi with Salman Khan, Kareena in the lead roles. The Hindi version is currently in theaters and is creating stunning records at the Box-Office in Andhra market as well.
Venkatesh is making all his efforts to make the Telugu version super hit and is hoping that he breaks the records of Salman Khan. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing Ganga The Bodyguard on Sri Sai Ganesh productions banner and Thaman is the music director.
