Comedy films are Allari Naresh’s bread, butter and a big reason to endear him to Telugu audiences. It is heard that Allari Naresh has decided to do a remake of a Tamil movie, Tamizh Padam (meaning Tamil Cinema).
Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao, who earlier made movies like Surya Vamsham, Annavaram etc, reportedly has the remake rights of the movie. Obviously he is expected to direct the Telugu remake. The Tamil original is an ironic take on lots of Tamil movies, which are comprised of many cliched situations, used again and again in number of movies. While, Allari Naresh keeps taking pot shots at one or the other Telugu movie in each of his movies, this would be his first complete parody.
It will be interesting to see Allari Naresh make a parody, especially when the face of Telugu cinema needs to be changed!
