Almost two months ago Nagarjuna had announced the release of his forthcoming movie Ragadaas December 17th. However, it seems he is ready to postpone his film’s release to facilitate the release of Venkatesh’s Nagavalli.
Bellamkonda Suresh, producer of Nagavalli, had announced that he would release his movie on December 2nd or 3rd. That became a touch difficult for him, and he had to postpone it to December 16th. With Venkatesh’s film coming in the same week as his film would, Nagarjuna is said to have postponed his movie release by a week. That means that Ragada could be released on December 23rd or 24th. Producer of Ragada, D.Siva Prasad Reddy is expected to make a formal announcement about the release date of his movie very soon.
Of course there is always a catch in such situations - if Ragada is postponed to December 23rd, and Nagavalli won’t be released on December 16th, for whatever reasons, it will have to be released on December 30th. No matter how friendly Nagarjuna can be, producer Bellamkonda Suresh will be wary of delaying his movie’s release any further!
