'Ragada' Analysis: Who Likes It- Who Don’t?

Nagarjuna has come up with ‘Ragada’ today and he has been doing enough online publicity through his twitter from quite long time. He posted ample number of pictures relating to the movie. And freshly, just before the actual release of the movie he said that he is now happy and pleasantly going for sleep as ‘Ragada’ is going  to score a hit.

Audiences have built expectations basing on that promotion by main lead.

Today the movie is out and the response is mixed. While some said ‘it’s good’ others said, ‘it’s ok’. A few others exclaimed ‘it fits into the bill of fans but not general audience’ and started pointing out some valid reasons for their letting down.

It is a routine action, reaction, revenge formula in story line with hot and spicy songs and fights. Little comedy to sooth the sense of audiences also was packed in this.

Satya is the name of our hero Nagarjuna. He hails from Cuddapah and speak sin that slang.

His dialogue happens to be ‘kalisi vaste cheraku gada- eduroste ragada’.

This rhythmic but odd dialogue was written by Veeru Potla, the director himself.

Satya is a string man who attracts the attention of GK (Dev Gill) who wishes to pull the power from Peddanna (Pradeep Rawat), another bad guy in the story line. GK’s lover Sirisha (Anushka) falls in Satya’s love. And Astalakshmi (Priyamani) also comes into line with Satya with a hidden motive. What happens from then forms the story with several twists those become difficult to remember..!

The flash back episode has an old female doctor, a hospital; land kabza etc where our Satya becomes the hero to solve all the problems.
