After family Entertainer Brindaavanam Jr NTR upcoming action thriller movie Shakrthi is getting ready to hit the silver screens in March 2010. (Allu Arjun's Badrinath also slated to release in march 2010. Geetha arts announced the release date first.)

The film is directed by Meher Ramesh, its his second movie with Jr. NTR . The movie is produced by the prestigious Vyjayanthi Movies banner, being produced by C. Ashwini Dutt.
Jr.NTR’s next movie Shakti will be shot at Hampi and Badami, in Karantaka, very soon, Shakti. If things go the way they are going, the film might as well create a new record as a film that has been shot at most number of locations!
So far Shakti has been shot at locations like Ladakh, Jaipur, Kullu Manali, Hyderabad, apart from a shoot in Egypt. There are two or three songs left in the film, which will supposedly be shot in foreign countries! Audience will have a chance to see the some of the most visited places in India, in addition to being thrilled by the storyline.
The movie is produced by C.Ashwini Dutt, who had already announced that this will be the costliest Telugu movie ever made. It is being directed by Meher Ramesh, who had earlier made Kantri with Jr.NTR. The Hampi – Badami schedule is expected to start in the last week of November and end in the middle of December.
